We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for weddings and large corporate events, to ensure availability of your preferred dates and venues. However, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.
Yes! We believe every event is unique. While we have standard packages for convenience, we are happy to customize them to fit your specific budget, theme, and requirements. Contact us to discuss your vision.
To secure your booking, we require a 40% advance payment. Another 40% is due one week before the event, and the remaining 20% is payable on the day of the event. We accept Bank Transfers, Cash, and Digital Payments.
Absolutely. We offer end-to-end event management. We can help you find the perfect venue and have partnerships with top-rated caterers to provide delicious food options tailored to your taste and dietary needs.
Yes, we love destination events! Our team is experienced in logistics and planning for out-of-town events. Travel and accommodation costs for our crew will be discussed and included in the proposal.
We understand plans change. For cancellations made 30 days prior, we offer a partial refund of the advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability of the new date. Please review our Terms & Conditions page for the detailed cancellation policy.
